The Institute has always been very active in all major International developments affecting the accountancy profession around the globe. As a matter of record, it participated regularly in several international conferences organized by International Federation of Accountants (IFAC),
Chartered Accountants worldwide (CAW, Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA) and other accountancy bodies in the world and organized many events of these bodies in India. The interaction with these bodies not only provided unique opportunity to Indian representatives to have first hand experience of the latest developments but also helped in  promoting mutual appreciation and understanding.
